The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential sales field. Fewer than 5 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.

The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.

Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees. For consumers, there is no better method of assuring success in a real estate transaction, than to hire a CRS.
